One Shilling British coin ring (pre-1920)
Coins of this era are 92.5% silver. See here for a history of coin composition in the UK.
Our rings are unique and made to order. Coins are selected from circulated currency and are chosen carefully for their quality and definition. They will inevitably show some wear from their lifetime of use. This gives each ring its own individual character. No two rings are the same.
Once selected, each coin is carefully shaped into an unbroken ring, retaining its original design, both inside and out.
As we select and craft each ring to order, please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery.
Rings are supplied in a slimline presentation box.
The ring pictured is from 1918 but the year you receive will be random.
If you require a specific year, please contact us via our contact page for a detailed quote.
Making your selection
1 – Chose your ring size. We use UK ring sizing. If you do not know your ring size, this handy guide will help you find your correct size, and covert from other systems or you can order our ring sizer for £2.00 with free postage here
2 – Choose your preferred finish. We offer our rings in a highly polished finish, or with a darker patina to make the design stand out. See our product photos for examples of both finishes. Choose “polished” or “darkened”.
